Pro's Tip

At last, a birdie chance if you can avoid all the bunkers guarding the approach.

History

Named after the local area opposite where the hole lies. It is one of the names which predates the new course layout. There is a reference in 1909 to “The Dolly Hole” - A short Par 4 hole, where expectations may be high for a good return, is indeed a Dolly of a hole.
