History

Charles Davidson from Dudingston, Scotland, was head greenkeeper at Golf Club of Dublin from 1900 to 1926. The works were carried out “... by a small army of workmen being employed under head greenkeeper Davidson...” The first five holes at St. Annes were built with his assistance.
